Dario Cecchini, the butcher inimitable poet, the man who made the immortal Florentine steak, Wine Tasting to inaugurate the course of introduction to wine that is held in Florence in the prestigious Hall of Camino del Borghese Palace Art Hotel in Via Ghibellina, by February 24 for six consecutive Thursday. Why
increasingly must take into account the right combination of food with wine, a perfect combination of aromas and flavors.
Six chapters then dedicated to the culture of high quality wine making, not only tasting of wines of excellence but also and most importantly, a meeting and discussion with guests the highest level.
Valentina Merolli, Florentine by adoption, and with a professional sommelier AIS training high-level determined by a single thread, the passion for wine will accompany the participants during this sensory journey with wine. Together with her special guests: some of the most important Italian producers, sommeliers, winemakers and journalists.
But the main actors of the meetings will be the wines of course: will be opened and presented some of the most renowned labels the entire national territory, Sassicaia, Tignanello and Brunello di Montalcino as well as several bottles of companies that have received the excellence in the most important guides.
Wine Tasting will be an opportunity to approach the world of wine while learning about the different aspects of technical, cultural, sensory and why not even poetic. A tasting narrative able to raise awareness of what holds a glass of wine.
