PORTIONS: dose for 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g. S. Bean Anter 'buckets of Casalbuono
- 200 g. of pork rind
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
- 1 tablespoon of powdered pepper
- salt
PREPARATION
Cook the beans S. Anter 'of Casalbuono along with pork rind, cut into small pieces;
