PORTIONS: dose for 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g. Cannellini beans with Casalbuono dried
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
- salt
PREPARATION
Cook the beans for Casalbuono and a dressing with the chopped garlic, extra virgin olive oil and salt, leaving a bit of cooking water to soak the bread.
Serve cold.
