My 3 Week Old Baby Has Phlegm

The first 20 years of estate The Hermitage Castle in Braccesca

Tenuta La Braccesca attended the preview of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano The company gradually acquired by Marchesi Antinori from 1990, is located a few kilometers from Montepulciano, in south-east of Tuscany on the border with Umbria. Its total area is 380 hectares, divided into two parts: the main one, of 282 hectares, of which 175 are currently planted with vines, is situated between the town of Montepulciano and Cortona. The second, of which 63 to 98 hectares of vineyard, is located between three sub-areas of the most renowned for producing great red wines of Montepulciano Cervognano, Gracciano and Santa Pia.
The property is the Antinori family, the CEO is Renzo Cotarella, the director Adriano Giuliarini, the controller technical part for wine: Lorenzo Dongarra, technical manager for the agricultural part of Samuel Hill, the Head of Marketing and Public Relations: Barbara Luison.
From the beginning the company has planted new vineyards, the essential foundation for making great wines. They were then planted vines classics such as Blackthorn Gentile (a local variety of the Sangiovese) and Canaiolo Black, but also non-native varieties such as Syrah and Merlot, which in the area of \u200b\u200bthe foothills of Cortona have found an ideal soil. The 175 hectares of vineyards between Montepulciano and Cortona are about 280-300 meters above sea level. Here the soil is of medium texture with a fair amount of clay and silt; in parte più vicina a Cortona i terreni sono invece più ciottolosi. I vigneti di Cervognano, Gracciano e Santa Pia, hanno terreno di consistenza tendenzialmente argillosa (argille rosse) e ricca di scheletro.

Tra i prodotti della Braccesca ci sono:
- "Bramasole" Cortona Syrah DOC
- "Achelo"Cortona Syrah DOC
- "Sabazio" Vino Rosso di Montepulciano DOC
- Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG
